If you are interested in buying a home for sale within our HOA Community, it’s very important to know our required Bylaws, Declaration of CCR’s (Covenants, Conditions and Regulations), Architectural Standards and Guidelines and the yearly HOA Assessment costs. You, as a new homeowner, will sign a document at closing that you have received and will abide by our community’s Bylaws, CCR’s and Architectural Standards and Guidelines.
Your realtor can request these HOA documents through Space Coast Property Management (a Division of Towers Management Group), 928 East New Haven Avenue, Melbourne, Florida 32901 and/or send a message by completing the below fill-in form.
Living in a HOA governed community is not for everyone, so take it seriously when considering buying a home within our community. We love our community and take pride in our properties for the benefit of everyone who lives here and to maintain our property values.
An estoppel letter/certificate is used to facilitate a closing by providing a snapshot of the fees or assessments that a seller may owe to their association. In Florida, purchasers are jointly and severally liable with the previous owner for dues and assessments owed to the association. Therefore, when someone buys a property located within a homeowner’s association, they need to know what is owed so that amount may be collected from the seller and applied at closing.
The closing agent should request an estoppel letter/certificate with Space Coast Property Management (a Division of Towers Management Group) by contacting the Closings, Estoppel & Collections Department at (321) 733-3382, Ext. 209.
Your realtor can also fill-in the below form to send an email directly connected to our Community Association Management contact for further information. Realtors: When inquiring, please provide your agency's name and your realtor license number.
